Braised Ribs

 

BREAKFAST:

Overnight Oatmeal-Rolled oats, almond Greek style yogurt, cashew milk, dried fruits, chia, & flax mixed together and stored in the fridge.  Just grab one and top with the packet of chopped nuts and you are ready to eat. $5

Chicken Chorizo Travelling Omelet-Farm fresh 3 egg omelet filled with house made chicken chorizo, roasted green chilies and Pasilla peppers, sweet onion, and a spicy mole. Topped with crumbled cotija. $6 small pie/$15 whole 9”pan serves 4

Breakfast Sammy-Whole Wheat English Muffin topped with scrambled eggs with green onions, herbs, and Asiago Chevre shmeer. $5

LUNCH:

Paleo Sack Lunch-Yucatan Chicken Breast, Santa Fe salad, hard boiled farm fresh egg, house made humus, local veggies, and for dessert Maca Cacao Bites. $11

Grilled Salmon Salad-Herbed salmon, roasted beets and potatoes, hard boiled farm fresh eggs drizzled with mustard vinaigrette. $11

Traditional Lasagna-Layers of fresh pasta, Ragu Bolognese, béchamel, and Parmesan. Served with slices of focaccia bread. $10/ $21 whole 9” pan serves 4

Soup of the Week-Sweet Potato and Roasted Plantain Soup.  Top with the chipotle cashew cream and crispy oven fried plantains. $5 pint/ $9 quart 

DINNER:

Carne Asada Chili-One of our house favorites and requested by our graduating son, is hearty steak and bean chili.  I use a special blend of warm spices to layer and create the perfect heat and complex flavors. Served with fresh corn cakes. $13                                                                                                                                    Just Chili-$7 pint/ $11 quart

Yucatan Chicken Skewer Plate-Chicken breast marinated in citrus and ancho chili then grilled. Comes with corn tortillas, Santé Fe Salad, yellow rice and pintos.  $16

Green Olive & Thyme Grilled Chicken-Fresh organic chicken thighs are marinated overnight to soak up flavors then grilled. Served with brown rice pilaf and broccoli rabe. $16

Braised Beef Short Ribs-Slow roasted to perfection and served with mashed potatoes, Swiss chard, and horseradish cream. $19 

Prices are per adult. 

Family style available. Kid’s portions are 50% off.

The delivery fee is $25.00 per order.  Free with orders of $75 or more. SEATTLE-Order by Friday at 3pm for Monday delivery.  Order by Monday at 3pm for Wednesday delivery. VASHON-Order by Saturday at 3pm for Tuesday delivery.
